Leeds United supporters have rated the players following the disappointing defeat at Southampton.

It was an afternoon for Leeds United and Daniel Farke to forget after his side were comfortably beaten by Southampton at the weekend. The Whites were in good form heading into the tie, unbeaten in their last six and keeping four clean sheets on the bounce.

However, they came crashing back down to earth after just 35 minutes, with Russell Martin’s side three goals to the good. Adam Armstrong gave the hosts the lead after just two minutes, before grabbing a second on 35 minutes, just four minutes after Will Smallbone had scored a second for the Saints.

Ethan Ampadu and Archie Gray both took home an average score of 4.8 in an afternoon of very few positives. Liam Cooper scored the lowest average rating in the eyes of supporters, with an average of 2.9, while Joel Piroe rated 3.4 and the returning Patrick Bamford scoring 3.5.
