Bryce Young Approves of Carolina Panthers’ Significant 2024 Move

The number one pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, Bryce Young, had trouble living up to the anticipation. The former Alabama signal-caller completed 59.8 completion percentage with 2,877 yards, 11 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions in 16 games. In 2023, he was sacked 62 times, second worst only to Washington Commanders quarterback Sam Howell, and had six lost fumbles.

Upon hiring Dave Canales as their new head coach, the Carolina Panthers assigned him the responsibility of improving Bryce Young’s and the team’s performance following a disappointing 2-15 campaign.

Thankfully, reports indicate that Bryce Young is enthusiastic about working with Dave Canales due to his remarkable history of managing quarterbacks.

Dave Canales was the offensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers prior to joining the Indianapolis Colts. Starting quarterback Baker Mayfield had a career season under his guidance, which contributed to the team’s unexpected run to the NFL playoffs.
