Michael Olise is said to have had difficulty recovering from his injury.

Olise has aggravated his hamstring injury during his recovery and is expected to be out of action until after the international break in October.

His initial injury was expected to keep him out of action for three months and he was even involved in light team training exercises as he prepared for his return.

 

 

Olise starred for Palace last season, scoring two goals and impressing with his all-round play, as the Eagles guided themselves to comfortable safety in the Premier League.

Thee  winger is still unable to play this season after being sidelined with a hamstring injury while on international duty with the French U21 team in June.

He was named Palace’s player of the season last year after scoring 11 Premier League goals in his breakthrough campaign at the club.

Olise is expected to miss upcoming matches against Fulham, Manchester United and Nottingham Forest.
