Sources: With one deal already finalized, Tottenham sets the stage for a “huge” summer signing spree.
Spurs, who came in second only to Crystal Palace on the Premier League spending list, were among the few active teams in the league in January, bringing Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin to the team.
An informed source has informed Football Insider that Ange Postecoglou, the manager of Tottenham, will receive “huge” support during the summer transfer window.
The Australian has already gained a horde of admirers in north London and is attempting to establish a young, vibrant side there.
Prior to the summer transfer window, Lucas Bergvall, an 18-year-old midfielder for the Sweden national team, has already committed to joining Spurs.
Postecoglou is reportedly linked to Liverpool’s managerial vacancy, but according to Football Insider (February 14), he does not have a release clause in his Spurs contract. Despite this, Tottenham still intends to support him.
