During their game against the Dallas Cowboys, the Green Bay Packers activate a 25-year-old defender (Report)
The Green Bay Packers are preparing for their first postseason game since 2021. The Packers defeated the Chicago Bears in Week 18, and they battled their way into the postseason. The Packers will now try to advance to the division round on Sunday when they play the Dallas Cowboys.
The Packers have chosen to add a 25-year-old cornerback as they get ready for their playoff matchup.
As a collegiate safety at Stony Brook University in 2022, Flowers-Lloyd earned third-team all-conference honors after amassing 70 total tackles, 14 tackles for loss, two quarterback sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, one interception, and four pass breakups in 10 games. Over the course of three seasons at Eastern Michigan University, he made 31 appearances and recorded 25 tackles.
Flowers-Lloyd will be free to look into NFL opportunities during the CFL’s annual workout window, which runs from November 20 to February 13, 2024, even though he is still under contract with the Tiger cats for the 2024 season. The first day for CFL players to sign reserve/futures contracts with NFL teams is January 8, 2024.
