When it comes to hiring a head coach and general manager, the Panthers have cast a wide net. In their quest to replace former general manager Scott Fitterer and head coach Frank Reich, the Panthers anticipate a busy January with at least 12 coaching candidates and 10 executive candidates. Internal interviews and virtual conversations with a few external candidates marked the beginning of the search process last week. Sportsology, an advisory firm, has been hired by the Panthers to help with the search for both positions.

Due to their playoff matchups in the wild card round, Morris, Canales, Slowik, Smith, Quinn, Ben Johnson, and Brian Johnson were unable to attend the interview last week. This week is the interview week for all six candidates.
